Guchen Industry is a civilian and military company specializing in the design, develop, manufacturer, and service of Transport Refrigerated Vehicles, Communication Vehicles, Explosion-proof Vehicles, Shower Vehicles, Recreational Vehicles, Military Vehicles, as well as all kinds of special purpose vehicles.

Our company is the only company in Henan Province that owns the Technical Research Center used for special purpose vehicles. Production Facilities

All of our refrigerated truck box panels are produced and shaped by the hot-press machine imported from Italy. Currently, we have two technology craft: POSITIVE press technology and NEGATIVE press technology.

Technology Craft

1. One time formation technology for truck box body panels - there are some standards:

a) Require the panels to be in sanwitched structure with “All plastic fully enclosed composite materials” The outer and inner skin is fiberglass, sanwitched inside with polyurethane foam, and with necessory embedded board(iron or plywood); then hot-press and splice the PU, fiberglass and the embedded parts with fiberglass felt and resin glue.

b) Require the truck box panels must to be shaped with one time formation, without metal frame, without cold bridge; but with good insulation, good water-proofing, high-strength, and be light in weight. The technology primely solved the technical problems:bubbling and wrinkling on panel surface.

c) Require high production efficiency and both the outer and inner skin are no need for paint process.

d) Require the flatness error ≤0.5mm/m2, which is top-leading in China.

2. Fibergalss - with extraordinary yellowing resistance gel coat resin formula

The gel coat we veveloped can keep it's hardness, mechanical strength, toughness, and the stability be harmonious and balanced under different ambient temperatures, and it can protect the panel from damages of the sun ultraviolet light, so as to keep the box surface from yellowing and fading and keep fresh always.

3. Fibergalss - with food grade gel coat resin formula

The formular is our independently research and developed formular. Adding some special chemicals into the resin, without destroying panel structure and mechnical strength, the fiberglass will not have pollution to foods, which can well meet the sanitary standards of chilled foods delivery.

4. Fiberglass plate - with sterilization gel coat resin formula

Another formula we developed. Spraying the plate surface with a layer of sterilization gel coat, it will make the panel be antibiotic but won’t affect the original color and effect ion. Features of the sterilization gel coat are:

a) Extensive antibiotic property;  b) Washing durability; wearable; heat and sunlight resistant; long life time service;

c) No pollutions and no harm to health.

This is the leading edge technology we developed in China, and it is used on the Vaccine Transport Vehicles and the Medical Waste Transport Vehicles.

5. Panel splicing and assembling - with high-strength structure glue formula

We have tested for thousands of times before successfully developing the formula, which can be used for splicing between different materials like metal, fiberglass, foam, and so on. It can fully take place of the traditional metal mounting kits and splice panels to become a complete box. It can be used for assembling the van insulation box panels, such as Vaccine Transport Vehicles and the military square cabin with metal inner and outer skin.

• Italy ORMA Hot Press Machine – the most advanced composite panel hot bonding presser manufacturing technology, with outstanding features like: composited property, efficiency, stability, peculiarity, etc. And the machine is particularly leading the Chinese counterparts in terms of improving efficiency, accurate temperature control and flat control of panels.

The machine is the most advanced equipment both ay home and aboard!

The hot bonding presser technology, has completely solve the bubbling (temperature control of panels is not good enough) and surface uneven(flat control of panel is not good)troubles of panels, which is also the most advanced place of Europe hot bonding presser.

• Man made fiberglass production line - the size can be 30m(L)*3m(W); the surface is as smooth and light as mirrors.

• Polyurethane foam special used cutting machine – the cutting thickness is 3~150mm; the accuracy is leading in China.

• PU panel special used slotting machine – used to get rid of the air between PU foam and the fiberglass when make panels, making sure of the producing craft, increasing the bonding strength of panels

• Panel assembling and hanging equipments – decrease assembling errors at the extreme.

1. Light in weight - Both the panel inner and outer skin fiberglass and the polyurethane insulation layers are lightweight materials. 

2. High strength - “all plastic fully enclosed composite box panels, which is hot pressed by special pressing machine imported from Italy. The panels are mounted and assembled by high-strength special glue and bolts. light weight with high strength - More loading capacity.

3. Good insulation - Improve the refrigeration units service life and reduce delivery cost.

* Adopt Germany Bayer rigid polyurethane foam as the insulation materials, totally German technology.

* Taking the Italy imported production equipment.

* the insulation material is with high stability, no secondary curing inside the box.

* Density of the Polyurethane is 45kg/m³, with 2kg/m³ error.

* The insulation performance exceeds China national industry standards QC/T450-2000 A indicators.

4. Good sealing - Making sure the box with good air tightness and waterproofness so as to improve the insulation. Using the rubber sealing strip on doors with national patent.

5. Good waterproofingness - Adopt special waterproof assembling structure to ensure the box without water leakage.

6. Durable fiberglass skiner - yellowing resistance, corrosion resistance, and good reparability. Adopted Netherlands DSM food grade professional fiberglass technology and production line; The skiner is very bright and smooth.

7. Appearance and performance - Improving corporate image; easy for advertising. With national patent design, beautiful and elegant outlook. Overall smooth box surface without painting; 304 stainless steel door hardwares; elegant profiles and 304 stainless wrap angle.

8. Versatility - Special accessories can be configured according to customers demands. Such as: temperature monitoring devices and GPS system, cargo fixing devices, goods suspension devices, compartments shelves, insulation curtain, multi-compartment partition door......
